• Light candles and ask for spiritual powers to cleans the space. Incense is also another great tool for cleansing.
• Always remember to utter words or prayer to God and our angels.
• Remember that we are all very beautiful creatures created in the image of God.
• Think, visualize some thing really beautiful and think of its colors. Then go to your closet and find similar colors that you can wear.
• Play some soothing music. If you have a little water fountain turn it on in the room.
• Know that in all circumstances to give thanks .
• Relax your face and look in the mirror smile and learn the feel of your face smiling. Think of someone or something with fondness and it will help to keep that smile going for most of the day
• Now that you have created all this with deliberation, The universe is aware of this and will pick it up and extend it.
