Recently I read a short article of a women who had been diagnosed with cancer. She woke up one day with a slight pain in her mid drift and a few hours later found out that she had ONLY one year to live.
She had two young children. They were beautiful. They danced around her as she drove off that lonely curb . She was a single mother.
Being the sensible women that she was, she made sensible arrangements for her loved one’s and then decided that she needed to now do what she loved most. And just like me, she LOVED chocolate. So from that day on she had a little adventure, of munching various types of those dark milky stuff that make her go YUM!
Instead of focusing on death, she focused on life. For surely ( she thought ) God brought me here for a purpose and until that is done I will praise the creator and give life my best spirit.
Her daughter is 30 now. Her son is a doctor and she has seen her first born grand child. She is over 60. There was something in the chocolate the cured her cancer. She helps many with her stories of courage and lives to help share and support others,everyday.
Today I am reminded for the power of life, and the purpose of life. For our time on this earth is NOT defined by our own desires, but by the will of a higher power who knows beyond our vision.
So to day let us focus on Life, Let us focus on our path and seek our true mission of our spirits today. Find what you love truly in your heart, and enjoy . For that is the art of living.
