Beware of the “Burger that BITES

You and I have been talking for many months, even years, about our spirit filled path. I have enjoyed our daily, weekly and monthly chats.
The most important factor that dictates a personal and spiritual growth is the essence of awareness.
Not every one is aware of what the spirit is about. Others don’t even want to know, or think that it is an abstract thing that floats around. Some others even think it is “ Crazy Talk”
Blessed be to them. However awareness of great and versatile the spirit and our path in this lifetime is helps us to steer the engine of our lives. To a better place.
To make sure that our spirit is at it’s best and it it’s most functional place we must look at it’s vessel. The Body. Now when I get a cold or feel fatigue i don’t feel like doing anything. Let alone talk to my guide. Even though she sometimes pipes in to give her opinion on things. ( smile ) For that is indeed her nature.
How ever today there are so many of us that are “ fighting the bulge”. Most of the time it is because we don’t have to time to sit around and prepare a home cooked meal. Or we are out running around and pretty burned out when we get in the door. Who wants to be in front of a hot stove, slaving away. Specially when one has been slaving away at work?
I agree with all that is said above. However please think of your body with love an d great adoration. Treat it better than you treat your boyfriend or girlfriend( smile )
For to have a clear spiritual path the vessel we live in needs to be in good sound order.
I am sure that most of you are aware of the hormones that fast food places have in their foods that cause addictions. Yep ! that’s what they do. Now I cant tell you that it is to get you hooked. – hooked line and sinker, to their oil dripping burgers or if it is simply because it is a simple way of making things cheap. However be aware. Do not eat it everyday. That is the devils own little meat factory. He gives us a thumbs up each time we walk in the door, and does a little dance on our ever increasing mid drift. that is now indeed adrift . LOL.
So how do we stop our cravings are desires.

SOME HELPFUL TIPS.

* Try to always drink a glass of water before your meal.

* Have a protein drink for at least one meal.

* Keep handy snacks like – salted soy nuts in a little bowl.

* Eat out, sparingly

* If you must have a fast food meal, do it ONLY a couple of times a week.

* Make a huge potion of home meals and freeze small potions, mark them and pop them in your freezer. You can microwave them when you get in the door.

* Always have home made soups, stored that way. They are yummy with Toast.

* You don’t have to be a rabbit and eat carrots to loose weight and stay healthy. Just eat everything in moderation and try to keep away from sweets.

* Work with a Nutritional who can help you with meal plans, if you don’t have time to get with it.

Enjoy getting rid of them pounds.
Kick the Burger to the curb
