Ha ha ha. That's funny. No wussies in the house, that's for sure. Yeah. Definitely a energy drain to carry negative thoughts around. I saw something interesting about this by Carolyn Myss (don't know if you've heard of her) and how such negative thoughts and emotions deplete our vital resources, those that we need to make the best out of our lives, the energy we can use to help others. It was very interesting. Anyway, I know what you were saying. *smile* I just went on a tangent, as usual. *wink* Your post got me thinking. Well, I hope all is well with you and maybe I'll talk to you soon, ya know, get some of your awesome spiritual guidance/advice. *smile* And I love your poetry!!! Thank you for sharing!!!

All the best,
Christopher

I agree ! Totally ! There is a time and a place for anger. being a woos is not my thing too. But carrying it within our spirit is what I wrote about. Thank you for your worthy comment. Hope all is well with you , D

Great post! And very relevant to my week, unfortunately. And in this respect, under the same angry mood thesis, I would like to add something. It is my belief that a person who is without temper is a weak person, indeed, but a person who cannot control his or her anger is worse. And when someone disrespects you or me or impedes upon our own personal, integral happiness, anger and its use becomes a virtue, for love does not compromise happiness. And if we operate under the ideal of "Love," then truly there would be no reason to become angry. It sometimes happens that we must become angry for the purpose of reminding those who have been operating under a less virtuous ideal that a change must be made. Anger can be a stumbling block or a stepping stone, and my goal is to use it so I can rise above it. I believe this is what we should all strive for.
