We all want something or another. A better day. Less rain. More money, more joy. A more fullfilling relationship..

Many of us seek love, but we are crushed and torn with our presant and our past. We sometimes even unknowingly hold on to the memories. Projecting fear and anger into our footsteps ahead and killing th essence of true love that awaits us.

Here are some pointers to change this situation.

If you are at a threshold of a new venture weather it be love or life. Look at it for what it is. Where are you in it? In your Spirit, and in your Mind. If there is some anger or thoughts are that painful recognize it. Then you can change it from within.

The first step is to let go of the emotion that you have towards it.

Now the memory is hard to let go of . I agree. But today utter a prayer of supplication to God. Ask him specifically to help you let go of this emotion. Instead of anger or bitterness think of hope. Place a light around your spiritual mind when you pray about this. Breath deeply and let go of the pain.

Today I speak of the word “ Mercy” —to forgive others even if they have wronged you. With this way of thought you can be powerful. It is the first step of preparing to receive your blessings.

Mercy sets us free. From what was and helps us in the what is. Be specific in your mind about what you are letting go of. But do not place yourself above the other person in your mercy. You are side by side with them. It is ONLY their action that you forgive. For as you all know we are “all” made in the image of God, we are one in his site . We are not better or worse from each other.

I work with many of you to recognize what it is that is holding your power to move forward in love light and truth. For keeping your hands free from pain helps you to gather those gifts of love hope and joy that you have been praying for.

Your hands must be free to accept . To receive and to live that life of great abundance.

Love is indeed a power house when it comes to our personal development. It is the engine that goes beyound all understanding. All relationships are included in this engine, mother father brother sister love or friend. They all have various forms of nurturing and growing that enhances our way of being . It is important. This thing called love. It helps us reach our deep sense of awareness. Everything seems to shine with new light. New hope. Almost..
Sometimes though. Love can leave you a little tired, feeling abandoned or hopeless. I understand. So today I leave you with some thoughts. Just little points of reflection that would hopefully help you to gain stregth in any circumstance and let your love flourish from within you to without you.

Tools Of Power.

Steadyness of Thought.
Keep your mind in a pure way. Try not to let hurtful thoughts filter in. It is essential to pray and ask God you give you cleam pure thoughts . Remember what he said “Even in the valley of darkness, he is with you” So remember that you are not alone. You are loved by one that is greater than all.

Believe in what you felt.
You felt love . It was not a figment of your imagination. You made love . You created beauty. You made life, you made a child. You held a child. You held a brother dying. You held a father laughing.. It was not something that was conjured up in the night. It all was an experience that was meaning ful to you. That meaning was powerful . You may not experience it in the same way again. It will be deferant for you are deferant. But it fueled you. Take that fuel into your engine today. Be empowerd for you have loved.

Celebrate your love- for it has made a better you.
No one that is touched by an act of love. Never will he or she remain the same If you were the giver or the receive. It changes your heart your soul your mind.. it is amazing. Celebrate it. Sing dance give thanks for a part of God will be with you. For you have felt it… through the hands of man. Or women or child.

Remember that to love the way we can is a blessing in itself.
The green tree that stands in the cold of winter has no coat to protect it. The little bird that freezes in the nights or the flowers that are trampled by our feet do not know love the way you and I experience it. So how grateful must we be. Focus on the power of love. And not the pain or the suffering you feel. It is hard to do. But if you do. Soon you wil generate the same spiritual energy towards you and your pain will be replaced with joy. I know this to be true . For it has happened to me.

Pick Up the Basket of Love.

I see love as a basket of many things. Those we love and care have attributes that can really make us smile or make us feel broken. Sometimes these attributes can change according to their growth and personal development. It does not always mean that it is better and wiser. We have all done foolish things even as adults. Knowledge and Stupidity dance hand in hand, sometimes, and we all all faced with everyday choices.

But there is always “Food for the SOUL” It is nourished everyday. With thoughts and feelings that constantly flow from us. From within to without. And from without to within. Each of us has to go to that “Soul Super Market” each day. What we pick up, is our choice. So do we go for the organic soul food or the high fructose corn syrup? – Lets take a few moments to mull this one through.

From the time we are born into the world we humans love to be cherished. The best form of love to most of us have experienced is with our mothers or those who were our earth mothers. Some of this love we don’t even remember. I don’t remember someone changing my diaper. But I know they did !

Segment 1/ We “are” what we “think” we are !!!!

I read an interesting story shared by one of my favorite Pastors “John Hagee” Let me share it with you.

One day a great eagle laid an egg in the nest of a Prairie Chicken. The little baby eagle was hatched and toodled around with his friendly brothers and sisters. scratching away at the dirt. Feasting of the juicy worms. Earth bound and happy . One day it saw a great eagle flying high in the sky. “what is that bird?” he asked. “It is an eagle- the king of the birds- now you don’t try to fly, remember you are a Prairie Chicken” – Cluck.” they said.

The Greatest of these is “Love”- and the aspects of Love.

I am at the moment rehearsing the song “Love changes everything” from the wonderful musical “Aspects of Love” by Andrew Loyd Weber. ( I am truly his fan)

Blossoms oh so rare
Oh burst forth from thy withered bow
Great bunches of pink color
Lightly resting,
Nesting
Till the warmth of the noonday sun
Seems to have it’s fun
And give you such a wonderful cheer

Somehow rain creates new life on earth. Even the spirit of plants are reawakened to the gentle pitter patter of childlike feat dancing on the leaves.

The gentle nurturing water seems to take away the dust and dirt that floats around in the air.

Such is the power of human rain ! Tears !

We are all desired.

If you are having a not so good day it is not unusual for your mind to wonder about. Nothing really bad or disruptive but thoughts such as “ Am I worthy” or “why cannot I be loved” – such thoughts are normal. If you are not surrounded by those who care about you. Even for that man who loves being a loner. There are such thoughts that pop up and pop out ….I was amazed recently by a simple saying that I picked up while watching a re- run of an Opera show.

Not really. There are simple things that can revitalize your spirit in a very vibrant fashion. Now I am mainly speaking to the female gender. However if you males feel comfortable, please hop on the train.- read on your sexy girls .. LOL

Spring is here and so are vibrant colors of dawn. The deep purples and the prussian pinks adorn us. How beautiful it is. I always find it refreshing and wonderful, this season. Somehow it is easier to create a fusion of love, with the help of color.

It is hard to sometimes forgive someone that has hurt you deeply. The burden of knowledge and pain keeps us in internal circle. It can be very daunting.
I was in deep meditation this weekend, on forgiveness. It was appropriate since it was the holy weekend. [...]

Dreaming has a wonderful power to it. Weather it be spiritually motivated or just lounging around in your mind. It can make your heart race and you are indeed loving every minute of it . ( Hopefully it is a nice dream )

I believe in the power of prayer. There are many who have been touched, blessed and healed by this unfathomable power. ( read on if you have a moment. If not have a super duper dapper day ) Blessings D

Greetings you Spring lovers. This poem is dedicated to all those who are hurting during this season. Specially remembering those in Japan who are faced with so much loss, and those who are fighting the

world with harsh weapons. The lack of love and the abundance of hate to me is very disturbing, and today I pray for them who have lost the joy and the simplicity of life; due to the wages of war or the ravages of nature. All blessings to them today.

Many clients call and ask me questions such as.

What are the lessons I have to learn in this lifetime?
What is my destiny?
What was I meant to do here ?
These are all profound questions- and yes some of it can be looked at in terms of the present and the past. However, it is apparent that they ( those that ask ) don’t get or have not yet understood how the spirit works. If they did they would not be asking Such a question/s.

So let me try and explain.

The aftermath of such emotional trauma can be rather damaging. Causing some never to feel again and never to love or trust. One must of course realize that even such situations will have it’s endings as all good things in life ebb and flow.

There are many ways of handling such situations. Here are some guidelines that may help you, to move through this period in a faster and more efficient manner.- Just a few lines of thought that you may find useful for your everyday living. read on and if not be blessed be beautiful and most of all be bountiful. and if nothing else have some cake !!!!!
